Weld Stud Test Tool

“Tests the integrity of Weld Studs”

The Weld Stud Test Tool is designed for use during the production of sheet metal products to test the strength and integrity of welds used to attach threaded studs or similar to the sheet metal.

Ranges available 1 - 10 N.m (9 - 90 lbf.in) and 4 - 20 N.m
(35 - 180 lbf.in)
Bi-directional tools enabling 20° of movement in either direction
“T” shaped handle provides an intuitive feel for the direction of operation.
Fully adjustable within torque range, or can be pre-set to order.
A range of interchangeable plain sockets is available to cover most popular weld stud thread sizes and lengths.
