• For moving loads exceeding several thousand tons.
• Customization includes special top plates, rocker tops, turntable tops, pulling lugs, special hole patterns, Accu-Roll Systems, and keyed chains.
• Available top styles include: T - flush with Roller frame on all sides, OT - overhangs the body sides, and NT- overhangs the body at the ends.
• "B" styles include pre-drilled end plates to accept Hilman Accu-Roll Guidance System.

Components

• Individual Rollers come with a variety of top and frame styles. The 150 and 200 ton Rollers are also available with a wide frame and a long frame.
• Hilman will also design and manufacture Rollers and systems to meet customer specifications and operational requirements.

• Individual Rollers: 100, 150, 200, 300, 500, 750, and 1000 tons.
